Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased for Smart Tutor.

Subscription Plans

Current subscription options include:

• Weekly
• Monthly
• Yearly

Prices may change in the future. Updated pricing will be displayed before purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the payment platform used for the purchase (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current subscription period unless required by applicable law or the payment platform's policies.

Refunds

For purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, refunds are governed by the policies of the respective platform. Users should request refunds directly through the platform where the purchase was made.

Where purchases are made directly from Smart Tutor, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
